PRESS RELEASE 12/23/2019 Sector 10, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SECI)

As a decade in the court of Utah is coming to an end, the wheels of justice under Federal law begin to roll forward.

The company and respective teams want to wish a Happy Holiday Season to all our supporters over the last decade as we move toward justice in 2020.

Currently, there are no updates on the Utah case, and likely none until March or April of 2020.

Many of you may recall Reality Engineering destroyed a whole server at the direction of Lee Allen to supposedly protect their small upgrade to our user interface. Fortunately, Google’s email server and other information retained by Sector 10 Plaintiffs were preserved, yielding much of the information available in evidence today.

That evidence, along with the whistleblower evidence gathered in 2018 and 2019, have helped our new legal teams reveal a consistent and conclusive crime: FRAUD (the one legal claim that the Utah brotherhood firms discouraged us from pursuing…)

Time and technology have been Sector 10’s best allies a decade later. The latest evidence exposes and confirms a multifaceted FRAUD CASE, premeditated and executed by a web of individuals, corporations, organizations, law firms and LLC’s across various states and countries, and pointing all the way to Silicon Valley’s Band of Angels and the creation of PSIA.

Sector 10’s legal teams have identified more than 200 defendants for federal action. We suspect more than a few of these future defendants will wish they had come forward sooner.

Fortunately, the rule of law states that Sector 10 Plaintiffs cannot bring the same claim twice in a United States Court. This has become a blessing, because Sector 10 Plaintiffs' number one claim under RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) to be filed in Federal Courts, will be FRAUD.

The fires of justice burn brighter than ever on the eve of mediation and trial in Utah courts.
